FB conveyor chain manufacturing is focused on metric pitch conveyor chains that include International Standards DIN 8167/ISO 1977 M series, DIN 8165/ISO1977 FV series and SMS1968 S series. In addition we can offer different materials and manufacturing methods to suit the most demanding conveyor chain applications.

FB manufacture conveyor chain sprockets and drop forged chain sprockets in a number of styles. These include conveyor chain sprockets made as platewheels or with normal or split hubs fitted on one or both sides. FB conveyor chain wheels can be manufactured in a variety of special materials with hardened teeth where necessary.

Drop forged conveyor chains are widely used in bulk materials handling of products such as grain, coal and ash. Also known as drop forged scraper chains they are typically fitted with flights or special attachments. The chain links themselves are forged from specially selected alloy steel and then precision machined to close tolerances.
